The Astoria Tower was completed for Jones Lang LaSalle, with full frame concrete services provided by Tribco. Measuring in at 374 feet tall, it features 30 floors and was developed by David Pisor. Its design work was done by Lucien LaGrange Ltd.
The building consists of two main parts: a 188-room hotel and 51 condos.
