This 11-story concrete condominium tower was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor. Due to limited access to the site, hoisting of all formwork was required. Close and constant communication with other tradesmen helped avoid conflict with adjacent structures and nearby power lines. This project was located between 2 existing high rises on a very tight site.
