Work is moving upward at the nine-level Parks Edge North condominium project in Columbus, Ohio. Ceco is providing deck formwork services for the 138,000-square-foot building, working with general contractor Messer Construction Co. The Ceco team is currently on the fourth level of 11.

“The [Ceco] crew we have is doing a great job,” says Steven Schmidt, general superintendent for Messer Construction. “It’s really helping the job with a crew of this talent and with the fast-paced schedule we have. It will take a load off my mind knowing I won’t have to watch every move they make, and it will be done right.”

Parks Edge North is the third and final tower in the Parks Edge family of condominium buildings, owned by Nationwide Reality Investors and located in the city’s Arena District. The downtown district provides dining and entertaining options and is a destination for concertgoers and sports fans alike. It is home to Nationwide Arena, Huntington Park and Express LIVE! as well as the Columbus Convention Center. Parks Edge North building amenities will include a rooftop pool, social room with bar and kitchen, 24-hour concierge service and private parking garage.
