Aaron Howell, for instance, has been building his knowledge and skills with Ceco Cincinnati for the past 16 years. Starting out as a Construction Engineer in 2005, he has since progressed through various project management and estimating roles before managing some of the district’s largest and most challenging projects as Senior Project Manager/Lead Estimator.

Aaron was recently promoted to Project Executive. He will be responsible for leading all sales, estimating and project management efforts as the Cincinnati office transitions from purely formwork services to offering our customers complete concrete frame construction services when those services are desired. What is the objective of your new position?
To grow our Cincinnati office and expand our operations into new building opportunities.

What vision do you bring to this role?
My aim is to further develop the relationship between our office and field teams, and to bring in our field expertise to assist with bidding projects and future opportunities. I want to expand the ranks of our superintendents and project management teams to handle additional project loads and scopes, and I plan to increase recruiting for future field tradespeople at the high school level. I also plan to establish additional avenues of communication with current and future customers as well as subcontractors and suppliers.

Estimating, scheduling and project management.
