This 2-level consolidated rental car center cast-in-place parking structure was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor, at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ. Ceco employed a post-tensioned long-span beam and slab concrete structural system on this project.
