#CecoConcrete's work at Pier - Grand Mixed Use Apartments located in St. Louis, MO has been completed with Holland Construction Services. Ceco completed a full frame scope for this project, including drilled piers, foundations, columns, walls and 3 levels of elevated concrete slabs. When opened, this building will include 196 apartments with a 70,000 sf Target below. Other project partners include architect Arcturis and structural engineer SSC Engineering.
