3-LEVEL POST-TENSIONED LONG-SPAN BEAM AND SLAB CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE PARKING STRUCTURE

This 3-level cast-in-place concrete post-tensioned long-span beam and slab parking structure and consolidated rental car facility was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete formwork and frame contractor. Ceco’s portion of this large and very aggressively scheduled project consists of high floor-floor heights (16’-0”), non-typical bays and large beam and slab construction (42”x48”), as well as the helix entrance and exit ramps and internal Shuttler Ramps. This project included a Quick Turn Around area (QTA), shuttler ramps, and two (2) helix ramps with radiused central core walls and radiused crash walls. Ceco completed work on this high profile project meeting an extremely aggressive schedule.
