This project, for Rogers O'Brien Construction, consists of a 5-level above-ground office space and 3 levels of below-grade parking. The ground floor lobby area has two "V-shaped" exposed columns that show off the great work #CecoConcrete is capable of! This project, for owner CIM Group, was designed by sixthriver and structural engineering by Architectural Engineers Collaborative.
