This 16-story concrete apartment building was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor. 12 stories of residential floors consisted of 18-foot floor to floor heights which made the typical floor cycle very challenging to execute during windy and winter time conditions. The first 3 elevated decks utilized the first robotic parking system in the area to save space in building. This project was completed on time and within budget.
