Having been completed in 1991, the 500 West Monroe project for Tishman Speyer Gateway had Post-tensioned CIP concrete structure services provided by Tribco, with 45 stories, 2 levels underground. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill with Morse Diesel International (AMEC) doing construction.
