The #CecoConcrete Seattle has topped out at Avenue Bellevue, a pair of mixed-use towers located in Bellevue, WA for DCI Engineers. Ceco completed frame services for this project which includes a 25-level West Tower, and a 26-level South Tower both over a two-level retail podium and3 levels of below-grade parking. When complete, the two towers will house 365 luxury residences, an InterContinental Hotel, and retail spaces. Other project partners include architect Collins Woerman and Harris Rebar.
