Eduardo began his career with Ceco over 7 years ago, serving our Miami, FL operation. Eduardo was recently identified as someone that is capable of doing more and to start learning rebar management, inspections, and punch list management, and was promoted from Concrete Finisher Foreman to QA/QC in training. When he received his promotion, Eduardo took it upon himself to source new shirts embroidered with the company logo to show his dedication to the new position.

What is the objective of your new position?

Seeking to be able to master QA/QC role and assist in managing pre-pour and post-pour inspections, as well as punch-out work, and handle this on multiple buildings to ensure customer satisfaction at the end of every project.

What vision do you bring to this role?

My plan for the first few months will consist of absorbing all knowledge within this role and working on achieving my personal milestones which will benefit my company by providing our customers with exceptional results in the many years to come.

What personal expertise do you bring to your job?

My expertise lies within remedial work which is a great part of what this new QA/QC role consists of, being able to oversee any imperfections in our concrete work to fix and properly execute our goals in a timely manner.

What hobbies do you enjoy?

I enjoy playing pool in my free time and I have recently started fishing!
