MEET THE TEAM: KYLE ANTOGNINI, FLORIDA REGIONAL SAFETY MANAGER

Ceco Concrete strives to maintain safe jobsites to ensure employees can return home at the end of the day without injury. As part of our safety culture, we make every effort to employ the right people to make sure safe techniques and practices are being upheld at every level of the company.
The most recent addition to the Ceco team, Kyle Antognini brings with him years of experience maintaining safety standards and practices in the construction industry. Most recently, Kyle worked as the Central Florida Safety Manager for Plaza Construction.
As the Florida Regional Safety Manager for Ceco, Kyle is responsible for the safety and health support in our Southeast Region, which includes our Tampa and Miami offices. Learn more about Kyle below:
What is the objective of your new position?
To have the Florida region lead the way as Ceco’s safest region.
What vision do you bring to this role?
To produce an environment where everyone is committed to exceedingly great jobsite safety through teamwork, planning, open communication, training and positive, face-to-face interaction.
What personal expertise do you bring to your job?
My personal expertise in safety is in fall protection, positive contractor relationships, safety management, hazard recognition, injury and claims management, solution development and safety coaching.
For customers, what are the benefits of working with Ceco?
Ceco has a great reputation for jobsite safety, production and quality workmanship that helps our customers succeed. My goal is to enhance the safety of an already great company.
What hobbies do you enjoy?
In my free time, I love to go to church, golf, kayak, fish and do anything outdoors.
