#CecoConcrete St. Louis has topped out at the CDB Capitol Parking Garage project located in Springfield, IL with River City Construction, LLC. This completes a 2-level underground parking garage at 80,000 SF per level, near the Illinois State Capitol Building. This final pour included deep girders and beams, as well as an upturn beam at the top of the ramp, formed by Ceco. #StoriesBuilt
