7-STORY PARKING STRUCTURE AND PODIUM FOR MIXED USE BUILDING

This 7-story parking structure and podium was built for a mixed use building by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor. Ceco devised a formwork sequencing plan to build this parking garage which had a large amount of walls around the perimeter. The amount of vertical work provided scheduling challenges not typical of a garage. However, Ceco was able to provide the formwork solutions needed to seamlessly execute the construction plan.
