This 8-level post-tensioned cast-in-place parking structure was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete contractor. Ceco contracted directly with the Treasurer’s Office of the City of St. Louis for the construction of the entire concrete frame, including all formwork, concrete placement, rebar installation, and post-tensioning. The project was constructed on a very tight site adjacent to an existing surface lot, requiring a temporary awning engineered and constructed by CECO to protect parked vehicles.
