The Maximum Security Detention Facility – Division XI project was finished in 1993 for Cook County with Foundation, tunnel, and fill-on-metal deck services provided by Tribco. Design work was done by Lester B. Knight & Associates and construction done by Morse Diesel International (AMEC).
