3-STORY MILD-REINFORCED SLAB AND BEAM CONCRETE CLASSROOM AND RESEARCH FACILITY

This 3-story mild-reinforced concrete building was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete formwork and frame contractor. With the help of a concrete frame, which is far more sustainable than structural steel (both inherently and when applied to LEED certification), this project garnered a LEED Platinum certification and is one of the most sustainable buildings ever rated using LEED. This structure features highly exposed concrete finishes throughout.
