This 12-level beam & slab parking structure was built by Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide concrete formwork and frame contractor. Ceco overcame coordination and logistics challenges posed by constructing this project concurrently with adjacent high-rise condominiums, turning the project over under schedule.
