Ceco Concrete Construction, a nationwide design-assist structural concrete formwork and frame contractor, built this 14-story concrete student housing tower. Ceco employed a post-tensioned flat plate concrete formwork structural system on this project, meeting a fast-paced schedule and very high quality standards. Both the deck soffits and exterior shear walls were architecturally exposed concrete. The walls had alternating reveal and tie patterns every other floor.
